    I played this before, but now I have no idea how the quest starts or what I can do. Assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

    EDIT: Be sure to start the Finger of the Mountain Mages' Guild quest.

    The manor is great and the author did massive re-landscaping to the area which looks fantastic. The tie-in to vanilla Cloud Top quest was clever and worked fine. The second quest--to hire an Argonian to clear the way into the ruin--glitched again and again. I had to use setstage to move it forward and it still didn't remove the rocks. Plus there was no water under the surface effect. Instead of swimming down, we dropped 40 feet to the rocks. I finally had to use the console command 'tcl' to get into the ruin. Everything worked fine after that until I reached the end of the ruin and exited. Then I had to 'tcl' again because there wasn't any water below the surface again. So there was no way to swim out of the final exit up to the surface. I kept it because the pluses outweighed the negatives. Overall, it's a great mod with a few glitches.

    I confess I haven't played this yet (just downloading, in fact), but I thought I'd point out that when an earlier poster refers to Pell's Gate, she likely means Shezries Towns (which includes Pell's Gate), a very very popular mod. This places a big settlement called Ravenview in the Cloudtop Mountains, which could easily clash (it itself has a patch for UL Cloudtops). Unfortunately, I cannot point to her mod on Nexus, because it's suspended pending imminent update. For the latest on that, thread here:

      Just fired it up and the landscape edits do make an awful mess of Ravenview. (Personally, I'd say that would need patching, I'm used to turning ULs on and off, they look great but many of them don't really change the game much - Shezries Towns is a different matter.)

      I have also noticed that I have a UL Colovian Highlands Patch patch for MTC Thieves Grotto in my load order. Again a very popular mod, but I can't say why the patch is there, it's clearly quest-related, but I haven't got that far yet...

      I think those are the only ones in my load order that are likely to have problems, but it could be worth looking at the UL patches page:

      If it needs patching for one of those two ULs, it possibly conflicts with yours.

      (Not going to stop me playing this, I could use a good dungeon crawl, but the mod clashes might stop me keeping it on in the load order, which spoils the player home aspect a bit.)

      I fear you may have created a bit of a patching nightmare for yourself

      Pinned down the KDQ issue. Unfortunately, it's a quest thing (most KDQ things are), Futurus X's Lost Palace. The bad news is that it should be located right where the stream is by the Manor, just by the wayshrine. I've got your mod last in the load order, which has simply disappeared it.

      Haven't got very far in yet, but so far I like the way you've landscaped the manor and grounds.

      A location from Kragenirs Death Quest, Futurus X's Lost Palace, I expect it's buried under the landscape. Not a bother right now, because I haven't done that bit of KDQ yet, I just meant to tell you that you have a mod clash there FYI.

      I looked at KDQ. There is nothing I can do short of rearranging the landscape. However it looks very easy for the author of KDQ to fix. Would probably just have to move a couple of markers. If you are interested, you should contact them. I hope they fix it since that mod looks pretty nice. I'd like to play it.

    Is the argonian worker bug solved in v1.1 ? (not tested it yet)

      Not in V 1.1. It such a seldom occurring bug, I'm not sure what is causing it.

      It should be right next to the well. It will only be there after he has been hired. Also, don't try to use a console command to travel back to the manor. that causes problems.

      The only time something like that happened in testing was when Iused the console to coc to cloudtop manor exterior. when I arrived, There appeared to be nothing there, however, the collision for everything was there. like the camp was invisible.

      Do you successfully hire saxhion/ and does he follow you back? using fast travel is fine.

      No, there was no tent. I hired him and fast traveled back. He ends up waiting in that spot and eventually completes the job. so, it works.

      However, I just completed the ruins and have come across another issue. When I got the to the part where you get the message about going on an adventure, there are no further quest updates. I've gone through the ruins and am not sure if there is anything that should happen. I ran through it twice with the same result. I find it curious that the message you get about 'going around' is pretty much the same as the next quest stage (which I used the console to see, afterwards, it being stage 40, because the stage update never came up). After the 'finding another way message, I was able to get through and exit the ruins.

      The content of the mod has been great though. I can see the effort you put in to it. Thank you!

      Glad it still worked. Strange issue. Just wondering are you using any sort of autosave mod or are you possibly saving over the top of other saves. Saving over an old save is known to cause very strange issues. I stopped doing it and always create a new save. It reduced all sorts of weird problems.

      There are actually only 2 quests, the one to find the key to the house and the one to enter the tomb. Once inside you're just free to explore and pillage as you see fit. You can come back to get things you might not have taken the first time, but, some enemies and traps will not respawn/reset because it just wouldn't make sense. If you want to play through the traps and enemies again, it has to be from a saved game.

      Not sure why the camp did show up for you. Saving over old saves was not the issue. At least it still worked...the camp is just eye candy anyway.

      Thanks for letting me know about the tomb quest not showing complete, I just released a fix for that in V1.1.
      It will now be moved to the completed quests tab when you enter the tomb.

    Also, I am working on a better cave crab texture. I really rushed the last one. It was literally an afterthought, and I did not take much time with it. It did not turn out as I had hoped, so I am fixing it.....Stay Tuned....
  8. Hi, I'm testing it and would just to know: how long need the argonian to remove the rocks at the bottom of the waterfall? He is at wortk since 6 days ago, and he don't seems to finish the job... (no other problems until now but a UL patch would be great!) )

      It should only take 3 or 4 days depending on when he arrives. If it's late, he won't start until the next day. After 3 days of work, the rocks should be clear. Can you see him actually going to and from work? What are his dialogue responses? this will help me understand what is going on.
      Other questions: Is OBSE loaded?, Did you use a cheat to get into the house? Are you using wait while he is working?

    I'm so happy people are still making mods for Oblivion, it's so much better then Skyrim. Great job mate! It's a really fun mod.

    NEW FILE UPDATE!!
    I Missed some files on the first release, Ver 1. You probably won't even notice, because it still works without them. It just won't look as pretty. Updates some VWD rocks and low res textures for other VWD rocks. It won't be as I intended without them. Please see the files section.
