This mod is the item equivalent to curseman's Anti-extinction mod. It effectively allows the entire weapon and armor lists to spawn, regardless of level.

File credits
Most of the credit belongs to curseman for exposing certain global constraints that effected creature spawns. Based on that work, this mod sought out and altered the item equivalents.

Tired of Bandit Leaders dressed in those tacky suits of Glass Armor? Wish the local Marauder Warlord would realize that Daedric is so last season? Well, with this mod, Fur *NEVER* goes out of style. Watch as Bandit Leaders accent their Elven Armor with a stylish Fur Helmet. The fashion-conscious Marauder now goes for a retro look with Iron Boots.
In less silly terms, this should make any and all weapons and armor start spawning exactly when they normally would, but nothing ever stops appearing until you get to something ridiculously high. Like level 103 or so.
Technically, this mod has a very strange origin. The actual work is completely mine, but it wouldn't have been possible without Curseman's Anti-extinction Mod. Long story short? curseman identified governing factors specific to creatures that determined enemy spawns and caused low-level enemies to disappear. Given that any similar mod was far, far larger, I looked into the mod. Immediately, I suspected that items shared a similar controlling factor. This mod is nothing more or less than proof that that was the case.
All I really ask is that you admit it if you use this for anything, and hopefully also credit the Anti-extinction mod for its role. If you want to share this mod with some other community, whatever. However, I can't speak for the mod that inspired or made this one possible. I can't promise that this is truly a unique work. It's certainly not complex.
