If anyone is interested, I can confirm this patch works perfectly, at least for me, on a new install with the latest version of Elsweyr Anequina and OCO v2. I used Wyre Bash to install the base Elsweyr mod, then installed the Robert's male bodies/HGEC females bodies patch as that's what I use, then installed and overwrote it's textures and meshes with this patch. Please note, it doesn't fix the faces to look like in the pics here, they are still elongated and not the "OCO-like" faces, but it does fix the "double-jaw" bug that using the bodies patch seems to introduce. So if you use this or similar setup, the new khajiit and ohmes races from Elsweyr Anequina will still look like their defaults(which to me look fine), they just won't have the bottom jaw teeth showing through. Also, BOSS seems to sort everything correctly, but if anyone is interested my revlevant load order is- base Elsweyr Anequina.esp, then the bodies patch, then the offical Elsweyr patch from Arthmoor's site, then OCO v2.
Have you arrived from this looong trip? because your patch doesn't change anything... it simply takes the textures from the texture bsa to the data folder...
I just tried this patch it does in fact work. How did I not find this before? For those who can't get it to work, you probably need to go to utilities>archive invalidation>BSA redirection in OBMM or TES mod manager. Endorsing this.
It's a mod that added the entire province of Elsweyr to Oblivion. It's old and very hard to find, but very good. I'm pretty sure you can still find it if you look hard enough.
It's not very hard to find. It's available on Assimilation Lab and i think it is even still being supported and with and expansion that will include Pellitine being made by another author.

I've, just upgraded and my patch does work for me. Sometimes a .bsa will randomly refuse to be overwritten, I learned that recently. Try extracting the ElseweyrAnequina-Meshes.bsa, remove it, and use the loose files instead, then reinstall this patch over it.
It's mainly for Fallout, but FOMM is good for extracting .bsa files: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/36901/?
I've used this mod successfully when I installed it with OBMM, but I can't get the faces to show up when I installed it with TESMM or BAIN. Er, i should mention that I did repack the mod to be compatible with those mod managers. Anyway, I guess OBMM worked because it just did a straight overwrite, while BAIN and TESMM to do something more complex, renaming files so mods can be cleanly uninstalled. With BAIN, even with archive redirection, the oco meshes and textures arnt showing up on the elsweyr races. Maybe you could include an ESP file in a future release? I guess in the meanwhile I'll just backup some folders and do a manual install.

Good luck. Let me know if it works.
Works as of the date of this post. I think the file 1058 is probably her 2010 version.
Edit: Oops, didn't see how old this post is. Sorry.
@Indiwolf14 If your'e still around, is FOMM any better than OBMM's standalone BSA extractor?
