Thank you for this mod. This is exactly what i was looking for my not-so-lore-friendly Oblivion. And i think you did great job at capturing Martin Sheen appearance. Especially without using custom made head meshes and textures.
Oh, one more thing. In "CM Willard With Vanilla Head" you have a little typo in texture path. It goes like textures\charcters\Willard And it seems it should be textures\characters\Willard Minor mistake, really, easy to find and fix, but i thought i should mention it nonetheless.
