This is a great character, at least from the screenshots. I can't get it to load, it keeps saying I am missing required content. I have the two required plugins (Rens Beauty Pack and KT Custom Race fix loaded and yet it still says I am missing required content. I click yes to continue and oblivion closes down, no warnings; nothing.
Are there other plugins that you used on this save that would disallow me to load it?

Try using ElderFaceLift. This way you can 'load' the face-data (and the face-data only!) on any of your own save games. This can't fail!
