I suppose you are a Nailflan's fan too ... so why not to add these outfits to one of your existing mod or simply to create your own esp ?
We are all using an Oblivion's game but not in the same version , mine is french and yours ? To avoid conflicts or to simply avoid to get some altered places ( or just a place with an english name ) i only use my own esp ... so i cannot say if there is or not something special in this Nailflan's esp ...
It's easy to create your own esp : you just need the CS ( Construction Set of course) , load Oblivion.esm , loas the Nailflan.esp - but don't activate it ... and load your esp ( if your desire is to add these clothes in this last) and activate it.
Now just duplicate the Nailflan"s parts , and don't forget to give them a new ID ... it's an important point , and put them in a containaer of your choice , but with a new ID , it's better.
Of course you need to create this container first and put it somewhere in your mod ( or in a new one if you are nt sure to keep these outfits in the futur) .
Save .
That's all , and this 'll take you abut +/- 10 minutes ?

PS i only got the version 1-10 ( le 22-02-2015) , i will take a look at the version 1-0 now but at the first view ( just with NifSkope ) thereis nothing "wrong" there.
