    Ver 1.1 is now available.

    These are the new features:

    - Use the boat at the pier behind the house to travel to the Leyawiin Gate. The boat will wait for you outside Leyawiin when you want to go back home.

    - A Mudcrab trap has been added to the pier.

    - You can now also chop and saw wood and use them to make your own wooden statues.

    - Two trellises and more flora has been added to the garden. The hedge has been adjusted in an attempt to make it look more "natural".

    - Small changes to the interior: some of the tapestries have been replaced with new ones. A better sewing kit has been added. The placement of the bedrolls and some containers have been adjusted. The cooking facility has been extended with Mud crab soup.

This is a disaster area with Arthmoor's Molapi Village. The house is right in the middle of that village and is occupying land already taken by a couple Molapi structures, as well as a sleeping npc on a mat. The mods are incompatible.

I seem to be getting bright yellow and blue warning signs instead of a house. It may just be that I'm inexperienced with modding, but I don't know what's wrong or how to fix it.

That means the game can't find the meshes. The meshes are inside EMLeyawiinhouse.bsa. Make sure EMLeyawiinhouse.bsa is in the DATA folder with EMLeyawiinhouse.esp. If the game is still not picking up the EMLeyawiinhouse.bsa file, install SkyBSA. To install SkyBSA you will need xOBSE installed.

This is a great house. But were do you buy sheep? In all these comments, I find no question about the sheep.

The sheep are purchased from the same merchant you purchased the deed from. :)

Beautiful home! I think I went a little overboard with the screenshots.

Thank you . As for Anvil region, the Fisherman's Cottage is only a few steps away from Anvil, and it's a housemod that I'm personally very happy with, it has a lot of unique features.

This is an amazing mod! I especially appreciate the many crafting capabilities that were included (a nice reminder of my many, many hours in Skyrim! LOL) The detail is incredible, and obviously a great deal of thought and work went into creating this. Thank you!!!!!
