I've still got this issue even with this mod installed and merged with the bash patch. I'm not sure what's causing it? I do use FCOM. But I have been extensively searching in TES4Edit for a good thirty minutes and found nothing out of the ordinary with Jaguars, this is confusing to say the least...

EDIT: Thanks zelazko. Got it fixed through TES4Edit. :) Much kudos! :D

Invisible jaguars are a pain. Worked perfectly - thank you.

    What with this?
FCOM_Knights unofficial patch for FCOM Convergence
    http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/42771/?

"the patch sets the nif path and creature loots right, which changed in OOO 1.35 and MMM 3.8 due the use of BSA Files.

now you shouldnt see any invisible targets, mostly creatures coming from OOO and MMM.
The creature loot is tested, and black bear pelts are working."

I think the better approach to fix this problem is to extract jaguar meshes from FCOM_Convergence_MartsMonsterMod.bsa or Mart's Monster Mod.bsa and use meshes alone instead of the esp.
Just repath the MMM jaguar meshes so they use OOO path.

No esp activation, no need to rebuild the Bashed Patch, no space taken by a plugin, it is just really more convenient to have the meshes patch instead of the plugin. Meshes with no plugin are more user friendly as well.

Note that the esp you uploaded won't do nothing for OOO users if they don't have FCOM_Convergence_MartsMonsterMod.bsa or Mart's Monster Mod.bsa in their Data folder and some mean to load MMM BSA resource like MMM.esp or registering MMM bsa in Oblivion.ini. So MMM bsa is mandatory for this fix to work. At the moment this mod is geared toward FCOM user not OOO.

Btw be sure to run your load order with TES4Edit and see if any mod you have changed the meshed path of the jaguars. Be as it may be, it is possible you have some conflicting mod that changes jaguar path and you are not aware of it.
