Downloaded. I'll be back in a bit with some feedback and pictures to help you out.
UPDATE: It is what I expected, resized skeletons of the original Imperial race choice. I got some screenshots of the stats, default looks, spells, and so forth, which I will be uploading shortly. I would recommend making some unique features for these races, such as a passive ability called "Youth" or something to that effect, where the race has more speed and levels up faster, while having less strength, something to that effect, and some unique looks to them as well.. I would also think it would be cool if you got some people together and did some voice recording and put some NPC's around of children playing, helping parents, that kind of thing. Of course, you should only do the voices if you have, at least, decent recording equipment. And it would be kind of lame to have children running around without voices to back them up other than the voices Bethesda has provided.
Hope some of my suggestions peak your fancy. I think it would be cool to see this mod... grow up... hehe... See what I did there?
