you could do this yourself with NifSkope. you will have to see what values Tyler changed in the meshes to make the armor shiny and do the same to those helms. compare his mesh values to vanilla meshes and that should tell you what to change. or ask him what he changed...
Sorry for such a late reply, copy the material in nifskope, that color wheel thing. Then go to the desired mesh and paste the one you copied over the other meshes color wheel.
In case no one solved this, move the weapons file into a separate "texture" file NOT inside meshes and then make sure it goes like this. Data/Meshes and Textures and then armour in meshes and weapons in textures and SOLVED!
Imperial Watch and Palace guards are missing their hands (gauntlets) and Legion soldiers have pink longswords. Plus Martin has no body and my character have no body when they ewar thw Imperial Dragon Armor. Is there a way to unistall it? I can't find it in the Data Files in the Oblivion Launcher.
amend the meshes in NifSkope as explained below by me or Pherim. the author had made a consistent error of using the absolute pathways under NiSourceTexture (see Pherims photos below). the other error was the NiSourceTexture for the gauntlets was misspelled for both...ah, just read our posts below - you'll get it. NifSkope is free and fairly easy to use. I found it best to close it before loading a new mesh, or to reset it when I did something I didn't know how to undo. Make sure you save your work, it won't do it automatically.
Until the author fixes the upload, here is a little image that shows what needs to be changed in NifSkope to make the textures work if the game is installed in a different location:
This is just for the longsword, but some of the other meshes require this, too. Also, on the gauntlets (both gauntlets.nif and gauntlets_gnd.nif) in the folder imperialwatch/m the texture name needs to be changed from gauntlets.dds to gauntlet.dds.
Ohh, I thought differently because if I put the texture file like that, it doesn't who up in Nifskope, but now I know that isn't important because the base game has the texture files like that. Thanks, that's a real help!
OK - so I tried this mod last nite and the Imperial Watch and Palace guards were missing their hands (gauntlets) and Legion soldiers had black or pink longswords. @Pherim - are you saying to open up the meshes with nifscope and check that the paths on those items and see if the paths are relative and if not make them so, and that should fix it? I don't understand where these relative/absolute paths are, they are not in the mod package... @TylerJayton2 - Looks great if I could get the missing textures to appear...
mb I just get nifscope and check this out myself....
EDIT: got the gauntlets to work - the texture reference was for gauntlets.dds but the texture is actually gauntlet.dds - easy thing to overlook since the nif is gauntlets.nif and gauntlets_gnd.nif : change the NiSourceTexture call on both meshes. Then change the NiSourceTexture call on longsword.nif to "textures/weapons/silverlongsword.dds" as Pherim/sefmonsta stated. Do that update and you got yourself an endorsement from me.
EDIT: just checked all your meshes with NifSkope - all the worn legiondragon armors have the absolute path for NiSourceTexture (the *_gnd.nif files are fine). As Pherim/sefmonsta stated, for those of us who installed the game in a different location (and many would to avoid the UAC issue) these textures will be missing until the paths are changed.
EDIT: BTW - thanks to Pherim and sefmonsta for the tip on what to change and how to get this mod working.

The error is in the \meshes\armor\imperialwatch\m\gauntlets.nif that still contains the "gauntletS.dds" typo.
If one corrects the address by deleting the "s" the hands of the imperial palace guards become visible.
Btw, the armor looks very good with your mod.
Thanks.
