You need to install Full version of "Moonshadow Elves" (including Sulpyun's Hair Pack 1 for hair mesh/texture) http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/30707/?
I had the same problem and, in my case, the cause was the "MBP 1.4a MBP++0.98a x117++078 aio" pack. I just installed the Moonshadow elves omod version (with omod, sure), overwriting the MBP pack files, to solve the problem.

You Need to install a Full Version of "Moonshadow Elves" (http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/30707/?) and HGEC_Body_v1dot21 (Http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15802)...but i don't now why thi mod not work for you!
I already have "Moonshadow Elves" race and everything required for that but still ...
Edit: looks like your companion use a face with tattoo which is miss in my files I download the race and took the face textures only .... and it solved my issue ... finally these three beautiful girls can accompany me ... thanks for the mod xander ^^...
