No need to use the OBSE last version , but you must use OBSE launcher ! There is no spell added , but un old camera in your inventory ( you 'll receive a message telling you you cannot hold this item ... after that , close your inventory , and you 'll be teleported to " another place" . Don't use a "follower" when you use this "spell" ( or tell him/her to not follow you in this " Photo Studio" ) !

but every time I use the item,
it doesn't do anything.
Just adds a spell effect and a red "x" above my
character. I used "NMM" for the installation,
and I already have OBSE.
Help would be appreciated
