   Because this modifies the SI arrows, am I correct in assuming it require the SI expansion?

   Great Timing! I've just come back to playing Oblivion myself from Skyrim and I've been constantly getting annoyed by the arrows' weight myself!

   Great mod, but if you use Wrye Bash there's an option for the bashed patch that find all arrows, from all installed esm and esp and cap their weight to any value (even to 0). Anyway this mod is still useful for anybody who don't use Wrye Bash

      Thanks for the info, I've never used Wrye Bash or looked up anything about it. I'm sure there are other's like me, so this mod will be there for them.

      You'll be surprised by the bashed patch features. They remove the need for many mods and the changes are applied to esm and esp too
