   Seems interesting, but i don't know how to create the "animation trigger" (is it the right name? the item to use in-game in order to start a animation) so i will never be able to play this on Oblivion.

      It's pretty simple.
      But I myself will not to write a plugin, If you want, you can, or find a ready system paired animation
