1.1 changed the texture link

1.2 re-texture using a map double the size, and fixed some bad texture stretch. I also remade the blade texture myself to be more accurate to the original prop as presented from Jody Samson work. resized the sword a little because the last one was too big in the world.

1.3 I changed it again a little, using the original blueprint to have the exact shape of the blade and the overall length and proportion should now be nearly identical to the original prop. the color still differ a little because I was forced to use photos from a copy, and it's not because I didn't tried; I actually contacted Albion-Swords to ask them for better resolution pictures, but the guy told me that's all he have on hand (yet he was really curious to see what I would do). I also changed the scabbard a little because it was looking transparent when seen from the inside in front view. I also made a leather strap that link the scabbard to the hip of the character, in case you are playing a Conan style with leather pants, it will now appear to be supported by something instead of just hanging in the air.I also included the icon for the sword that I had since the beginning here but forgot to include in the previous release.

Hey all of you Conan fans!

Having been deceived by the mediocre quality of some renditions of this beautiful sword, I decided to make a new one from scratch.
So, no flat guard, or horrible sheat, or horrible texture, or weak model.

This sword is The Father Sword, sheated in it's original scabbard from the movie, and ready to kill, and no, it won't break on you!


To find the sword, travel to Anvil, and visit the Chapel Undercroft. You will find it somewhere near a tomb.


Suffer no evil, yee, who wield this in the name of Crom!



-to install:

1- Copy the files in your Oblivion /data, exactly in the same folder as presented in this archive.

2- Run the 'Oblivion launcher', click on 'Data Files' and select TheFatherSword.esp.

3- Play

4- Enjoy!
