1. DESCRIPTION
===============

This OBSE plugin is for Oblivion and mods without voice files.
- Is an updated version of Elys Universal Silent Voice, updated by AnathemaStudio, and it plays a 30 second duration silent voice for any missing voice file.

- Uses generic lips moves (when available) for 30 seconds for any missing lip synchronization file.

- If the subtitles are turned off, OBSE_Elys_USV_30s_Anathemastudio_Update will force display subtitles for missing voice files.

- You will have up to 30 seconds (versus Elys USV original 8 sec) to read long subtitles when there is no voice existing for an Oblivion plugin.

- If the dialog/subtitles run shorter than 30s, just click on the dialog box (as usual) to go on to the next bit of dialogue.

- Modders creating a new plugin with no voice acting, do not have to deliver lot of silent mp3 files if the player is using this.

2. REQUIREMENTS
================

Oblivion version 1.2.0416 or higher is required.
Oblivion Script Extender (or OBSE) is required ( http://obse.silverlock.org/ ) version 0012 or above.

3. INSTALLING
==============

Copy Construction Set Extender.dll, Elys_USV.dll, Elys_USV.lip, Elys_USV.mp3 and Elys_USV_30s_Anathemastudio_update.txt to your "\DATA\OBSE\Plugins\"
( by default "C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins\" )

**You have to create the necessary subfolders if they do not exist already.**

**Note: if you use a mod manager such as Mod Organizer 2 that creates alternate directories, and this mod does not appear to be working, you will need to place it in the original Oblivion game folder as described.
This is the case with most OBSE plugins.**

4. UNINSTALLING
================

Remove Construction Set Extender.dll, Elys_USV.dll, Elys_USV.lip, Elys_USV.mp3 and Elys_USV_30s_Anathemastudio_update.txt from your "\DATA\OBSE\Plugins\"
( by default "C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins\" )

5. BACKUP
===============

As a surviving gold rule, always backup all your save games and original "vanilla" game before trying a new mod. Better safe than sorry.
As always, mod is as-is - not responsible if you need to reinstall.
