This is a tiny little mod that fixes the problem of grossly overpriced furniture, as well as the uniformity in price between furniture packages.
Each furniture package was evaluated based on:
- What items were contained in the package (a desk and a bookcase costs more than a couple small chairs)
- Quality level of the furniture (the furniture in the Skingrad house is obviously nicer than in Bravil)
- Price of the house it goes in (reflecting that the shopkeeper is charging what he thinks the market will bear)
It will now cost LESS that the price of the house to furnish it rather that 50% more. Easy little fix, but I thought that it might be appreciated by those who don't know the toolset or can't run it for whatever reason.
