Just for reference for anyone else that dislikes the shine, it can be reduced somewhat by using bloom with anti-aliasing and disabling HDR lighting. Just be aware that screenshots cannot be taken with anti-aliasing enabled.
hey can u help me when i downloaded this mod a beam came from my chest and idk what to download i downloaded the skeleton mod but it kept saying thing like it didnt work and i dont know how to fix it
You are getting the "infinite boobs" effect that results from not having a compatible skeleton installed with a BBB (Better Bouncing Boobs) clothing mod.
If you can't get Coronera's Skeleton mod to instal properly, try one of the others. Use OBMM or Wrye Bash to instal the skeleton.
why do artistic modders like you only makes armor mods for oblivion? it's very heart breaking.. i'm sick of those "lore" stuff going on in Skyrim Nexus, i love all your armors, i wish you would consider making Skyrim versions for them.. i'm pretty sure it will be a big Hit!
I suspect they will allow you to migrate it yourself. A number of people do that with peoples armors from skyrim to oblivion. Mostly Is suspect it's familiarity. Also skyrim differences are enough to be difficult for people use to oblivion modding. Remember a familiar tool is much easier to use than an unfamiliar one or should I say you CAN use a familiar tool and CANT use an unfamiliar one. Oblivion has been around longer so it has a more mature community. Skyrim is reaching it's peek now well sort of. Anyhow The fact after 5 years people are still playing it and moding for is a testament of just how fun it is to mod for. Skyrim is fun to play Oblivion is fun to mod I guess (heh). I've got both games. Mod for one play another.
Sorry, I don't get it. Looking at skyrim mods there have been 23 new files and I have to scroll down three screens for the updated files - compared to two new files and four updated files for oblivion on sept.14th. And you are still complaining...
have you guys seen those armor mods Nailflan made? i haven't seen a single one of them in Skyrim nexus, and what he/she makes is what i want! they are well designed and very well made.
as you can see, oblivion modders really uses their imagination in making armor mods! they are not getting stuck with 'LORE', too bad that 'LORE' is ruling over Skyrim Nexus
Very few people have willpower to overcome requirements and rocket science of skyrim nif structure. I managed to make few mashups using separate parts and that was renaming roots, changing some values and other stuff. Also, some detailed armors require you to cut stuff to pieces which requires "rocket science".
Oblivion non-3D program armor making is "copy branch -> paste branch - save.nif"
ull allways need a 3d program to sculpt/create an armor, copy/paste nodes/strips/properties isnt modelling at all.....
blender 2.49 with skyrim nif scripts is enough to get it working, changing header from 11 to 12 and 34 to 83 and renaming roots isnt rocket sience , neither is,to set the rest of the nif correctly......
thats a link for skyrim armor creation, very similar to oblivion. uve just to set the nif up afterwards, which is a bit time consuming but not difficult.
i made myself a sevenbase version of the simple knit for skyrim, and im no rocket scientist

Oblivion non-3D program armor making is "copy branch -> paste branch - save.nif"
And it doesn't require blender 2.7 or 3DSMax

This is really cool.
I would like to translate your mod into Russian and put on tesall.ru. Is this possible?
