The landscape (geographics) could be be better, a bit more natural rather than looking like they are straight from the editor. That's my feedback for you, but otherwise nice effort.
The castle is good, but the area is boring and bare. Add some vegetation or a town or something! Another thing - there are a lot of floating rocks, and the door to the great hall is half in the mountain and covered in snow.
The thing that makes the outside boring is that it doesn't have anything around it. The ground is flat and empty. It looks like it shouldn't be there. Maybe put some trees around it to give the area some character. Maybe flowers around or something. A village would be cool too, but remember the trees.
It looks... plain, maybe add some vegetation (trees, plants, ect...) and more pics around and inside the castle. Also add more buildings its a castle, it should have a stable, a well, Archers, knights, a Barracks, maybe a wizards tower, and be allowed to walk on the walls, just some Ideas. But thats just my opinion, you did more than i can.
