   I know this mod is super old, so this may be no surprise. It doesn't seem to be compatible with Better Cities, or maybe it just doesn't work period. Instead of showing up in the corner near Stonewall Shields, there's an archer shop called "Rose's Flight", which sits a little closer/farther from the corner.
   
   Oh well!

      Haven't been on the nexus in a while. If you would have scrolled to the next image, you'll find it's in the corner from Stonewall Shields.
