This small mod gives Thoronir in the Imperial City 5000 gold to barter with. To me it made sense that, as the most successful merchant in the city, he should have the most money. Later, even after a certain quest, he would still have the most money from his earlier success. No other shopkeepers were modified, and this is really just a small tweak for those who may not be familiar with the CS and are thus unable to change it themselves. This way, you can sell your higher priced items and actually make some gold... that you have nothing to spend on. :)
