So wait, this is a Japanese mod that adds in a set of reanimate undead spells to Oblivion that are accessible via learning scrolls in a vanilla dungeon? It's not a bad idea, but for starters, this sort of thing is only well done if said spells are extremely unique. In the case of a modded Oblivion, Reanimate is a commonly used spell. It might be a better idea to simply modify the properties of the original reanimate spell to apply for all creatures, rather than just the undead, and apply them throughout the game, that way, people will actually be able to haul different creatures around instead of NPC's alone.
Also, is this translated? One of the worst things I hate about JP mods is when they add a bunch of stuff you can't encompass and get given unintelligible items, spell and messages when you just so happen to find said mods content.
