   there is already a mod that let's you do this, it came out in 2005, it's a quest mod, i think it's called "The Shivering Isles".

      2005? that must be something for Morrowind, I can't find anything about it so it was probably abandoned in early stages of development.

   I'm not spawning as Sheogorath and when i go to race menu there is no Sheogorath race I enabled the mod in data files but it wont work.

   I cant get this mod to work its properly installed but when i go into the game theres no shaogorath race just the base s#*!

   I was using this mod two days ago perfectly, no problem. However, I had to reinstall oblivion due to a system error and now this mod keeps crashing my save and NEW character keeps crashing before the opening title and opening video. Please help. Please...

   theres a fun sheogorath mod that lets you play as sheogorath but you cant play him if you have an alternate start mod its quite overpowered but still its accurate this one lets you edit his face so I can make him look like jyggorath lol

   if I would change his look I would make him look like jyggorath if you want to know a bit about him use whatever internet search you're using I recommend google though.
