Just in case any others ask: This mod can not be converted to Skyrim, nor should it. Skyrim's slider options are too narrow. I don't even have Skyrim on PC. Even if/when I do, there are no plans for pony followers unless there's a head mesh that's already a good anthro/human equivalent to the end result of the faces within this mod. Also, noone is to use the resources of this mod for use of that purpose. The creator of some of the resources hold them dear, and granted me permission with reservation.

    Griffinrider out!

While i am Interested in Adventuring with a army of Pony companions, i got a few questions... first off, it may be a obvious question, but they CAN use normal gear, right? the pictures ONLY show them in Bikinis... as titillating as that is, i don't want any girls getting hurt following me around without armor!

Second, is a body replacer absolutely necessary? I tend to avoid those for... reasons i can't quite remember, it's been like ten years...

If a Replacer is Necessary, which is the most commonly used of the two options?(For maximum mod compatibility)

if you ever respond, thanks in advance!

Edit: I went ahead an Downloaded the mod(or worked without a replacer!), but... their tails are off in space, sometimes missing, sometimes streching out of the void... and if i try to share with ANY of them, it crashes... i've seen some discussion on how to fix, but alot of the other comments(including yours) don't seem hopeful.. there was a Fix ESP mentioned but i could not find it... i manually installed, as thats all i know how to do.

Will getting HGEC fix any of it?(i can't even get IT to work... i put the files where they go, and.. its still just the default).

This is all pretty big of a Bummer to me, cuz i really wanted to use these companions... but i still support the mod, and gave it a endorse... or a end-HORSE, if you will XD

For me their tails are either invisible or display as that texture that stretches off into infinity. Any tips on fixing this? Otherwise this looks OK. (I'm using Archive BSA Invalidation and maximum compatibility skeleton and don't have this problem with the multitude of feline races I'm running with.)

...and now it seems to be working OK. Sorry for the bother.

But while I'm here I guess I can ask... are there any plans for a muzzle version of the heads?

I saw someone did make that for themselves, so I suppose it is possible, but it will never be available here. These faces were specially crafted by my good friend DaStampede, and he is likely dead now, since I haven't heard from him in years. So there will never be a muzzle version.

I know, this is old.... But is there any chance of you making them playable? They look great ^~^

As stated before, there are no plans to release any character from any mod as playable characters. I know it can be done, and googling it could help you make it for yourself, but there will be no official public release. I'm glad you like them though. These were the first faces created by DaStampede for these mods. It's too bad I've had to make the previous couple mods' faces myself, since he likely died. DaStampede was a brilliant face sculptor and a good friend.

You obviously need the CM partners mod by blackiee. Also try putting this in the bottom of the load order. I also don't use NMM, and never will.

I installed your mods and I have been having problems with the models they seem to glitch out like the textures stretch. Now I do know you need a BBB skeleton that has tail bones but none of them seem to be working. I would like to know which BBB skeleton you use also what do the alt skins do? They don't seem to change anything.

Did you try a maximum compatibility skeleton like Coronerra's or something? To be honest, I can't remember what kind I use. If it's the alt skins I'm thinking of, it's because I didn't like how the cutie marks looked on one mod. If it's this one, it's because my modding partner (RIP) designed though skins different shades of their colors. They looked good for what they were, but they weren't really show accurate. I made the skins for the rest of the mods, and made alternate skins for this for those who prefer skin colors that match the show. Too bad we couldn't find a better hair style for Pinkie Pie. She's gonna look like the psycho Pinkamina five-ever. That's longer than forever.

I did indeed try out Coronerras' Maximum Compatibility Skeletons didn't really fix anything some of the background ponies still had the texture stretch now I installed them not with a mod loader so I don't know if that could be causing the problem. Also why are the breasts bigger in the screenshots then in the mod itself? I am sorry for the loss of your modding partner too. I don't mind pinkie's hair that much. Also You know when your next pack will be out? I myself would really like to get this mod working correctly without any texture bugs.

Unfortunately, I can't remember which skeleton I ended up using. Umm...did you try the coronerra one with the "plus body lift"? That one has its own mod page, and warns to back up the skeleton you use. I want to try getting my next pack out next month, but life likes kicking me around, so it's coming a bit slowly.

Alright so the game crashs with the plus body lift mod. It's the steam version of Oblivion.

Ok, that might explain alot. I don't use the steam version, and have no idea how to make this work on the steam version. Best I can say is make sure it's in the meshes/characters/_male folder. Other than that, I'm completely clueless about the steam version.

Here's some good news. The Applejack Hat glitch is gone. I suspect that it was due to having an old version of Oblivion Reloaded (the new version had most of it's glitches solved).

It may still happen, but for some reason, it's gone for me.

The only problem is that Applejack unequips her hat when I give her armor. But that's really minor in comparison.

I think the hat takes up the amulet slot. If that armor makes the amulet invisible, that could be why. But yeah, I don't run Oblivion Reloaded. Could be why I never had that glitch.

After having to download my own stuff with a fresh install on a new computer, I now understand and apologize for the pain in the flank this mod page is. I may also soon be feeling the pain of all those with the Applejack hat glitch.
