I know this mod is OLD AS FRIG! But I Noticed somthing wrong with it, so I decided to upload a v1.1 after over a year.(I know its been forever).
Changes in v1.1 -Removed the Drew's Protection Greater Power from half the other birthsigns.(The ones that Had the spell.) -Weakness to Fire and Resist Frost increased from 100% to 300% to counter Resist Fire and Weakness to Frost effects.
If you update from v1.0 to v1.1 you will have to use the console and type "showbirthsignmenu" and select the Libra Birthsign and click the confirmation button to update your birthsign to the latest version.

Have fun making a birthsign though, they tend to be a doozy getting to work right.
