Well folks I've finally gotten to see "The Hobitt" and I am really psyched to start modelling a dwarven helmet to replace that silly looking one in the game. The one in the movie makes the dwarves look pretty darned fierce, despite the beards hanging down. lol Also the Mythic Dawn helm and armor are done and have been tested so a new update may be forthcoming as well. I really like the Secrets of Blacksmithing mod and would like to incorporate that idea into the next version but have to wait for permission first. I suck at writing my own scripts (still).
So, any ideas before the next version comes out? Wishes, bucket list wants?
punkrock I'm not sure, I don't use that mod yet. I would assume yes tho since Eyja doesn't have to interact with the trapdoor in the basement or the rooms in the mod.
BTW folks, I am already working on v1.4! New features: Teleporters to all the cities from the Secret Forge (no more running all the way back to the trapdoor) A new quest, Princess Prison (yes, rescue the damsel in distress) Possibly some new armor, Black Dragon Imperial Possibly a floor harp under the stairs you can "play" And...what is the point to a bar without a cool bartender? He's on his way too!
Ok here is the latest version of the Skingrad Armory mod. You should only need to extract the .esp file if you have this one already installed, otherwise extract to a temp folder and copy the relative files (there's only a few) to their respective directories (folders).
Additions/changes include full vendor abilities for the resident NPC who is now named Zotrina. She had a face lift and now wears Golden Saint armor cuz I like it better than the manly palace stuff on a female toon. Also the lighting has finally been upgraded now that there is a full length ceiling to floor wall to hide the Secret Forge from unimaginative eyes. Go forth and find it! The daedra lord in the screenshot is a 'fullactorcopy' of a summon. I haven't added a sparring partner yet. That will come in the next version where I hope to finally have a working anvil that you just activate to repair your gear while in the Secret Forge. Feel free to add your comments on my work, good or bad. I'm old enough to handle some criticism or suggestions. Enjoy!
