This mod revamps most of the creatures in the game to a set of five rules:
Rule #1: Level Scaling is Dumb Monsters will remain the same level regardless of your character.
Rule #2: All Monsters Exist at Every Level Don't see any ogres? Try checking the mountains.
Rule #3: Keep it Interesting Keep an eye out for new 'Mini' and 'Giga' monsters. Most monster locations have been changed around as well. For example, there's a cave full of Land Dreugh.
Rule #4: Grinding is Lame I've rebalanced almost every monster's stats so that they can be fought at level 1. As you gain levels, it will become easier to toss them aside. Eventually, you will be a god. I suggest you download another mod to slow leveling, making this last longer.
Rule #5: Oblivion is Scary Oblivion Gates feature creatures a step above everything else. Only try these once you've moved past your run-of-the-mill foe.
It's not the frustrating grind fest found in Oscuro's.
It does away with most level scaling, unlike Fran's.
It has quite a bit more order to it than the chaotic TIE.
It has a tiny file size.
And it doesn't change a bunch of extra stuff. It only tweaks creatures.
