What the site owner and moderators remove are files that can be defined as literal rips. For example, if a piece of copyrighted music is taken from a movie, a tv show, or another game, that will be removed. Bethsoft even frowns on the use of content taken directly from one of its games and literally imported into another--so that will be removed, too.
But simply recapturing the look of a piece of revealing, appealing, and completely unrealistic armor has never set off any alarms on Nexus. In large part because it's all been done so often and for so long (check out the early book cover work of Frazetta and Vallejo in the 1960s and 1970s, for example) that nobody can claim to be the first. Take a look at the stock in the Apachii Goddess Store, and you'll find dozens of outfits that suggest many different media venues. It doesn't matter.
Definitely on my list to try. Thanks for doing it up, Cenobite.
Why does this have the lore-friendly tag? The new tag system only works if files actually have the proper tags and this armour is far skimpier than any armour in vanilla Oblivion.
Hate to burst peoples bubbles but armor like this is very common for cover art for fantasy RPGs. In this case i think it is indeed from where its title indicates: the game Armored Princess. Its part of the Kings Bounty Series, so since that was released in 2009, it doesnt violate the rule about mods from games that haven't been released yet. As such i have given my endorsement. Very well done!
Because the GMs remove all mods which are ripped off other games which haven't been released? Depending on how many times he has done it. It could even lead to a ban.
