I noticed that User image upload doesn't work ,otherwise I would show how the iconless menu item long coat extends to the horizon, actually to a distand Ayleid well. My only solution is to replace the peticular pirate's inventory in CS. The images of this glitch is in my gallery.

Hi RazaCovek, hope you are still playing Oblivion.

I ran into a similar glitch with this mod. It is not the mod's fault per se. The mod maker included a skeleton in the meshes characters _male folder. When I deleted the skeleton and reinstalled the mod, it worked fine for me. Whenever one sees stretching things in oblivion (clothing, breasts), the problem is the skeleton. The wooden peg leg works fine, for one thing. The issue given my build is that I use Coronerra's maximum compatibility skeleton (27945) and so Makabresku's skeleton overwrote mine when I rebuilt my bash patch. I don't know if I lost any of Makabresku's mod's functionality by deleting the skeleton. I'm trying to upload a screenshot but am having trouble also; but I'm having trouble also on other Nexus pages today.

Another way of putting this is that I violated a fundamental rule of mod building. LHammond's readme generator has boiler plate text to the effect that one should always look at a mod's file structure and change as necessary before installing. My not doing this before installing this mod lead to my grief. Again, it is not the author's fault.

My gallery was purged last year.

Better Pirates is a permanent mod. However, I am in the middle of the game and I never install during a game as this always causes ingame disasters. I will put the latest in storage for the future.
I also use Muffinshare. You can use it to change the outfits of npcs during the game. I would recommend for modders who want to see what their garment concepts will look like on npcs ingame.
I also use 6 Sexy Market District Ladies which is compatible with this mod. Before I discovered the dupe glitch, I originally used CS to add ten additional outfits to each of the six and Muffinshare to gain access. I was able to solve the female clothing problem by switching out their clothing from 6 Sexy.
I also found that both the male faces would have a circular white shadow over their faces when seen at certain angles and the cutlasses flashed white squares for the same reason.
Other than that, I would suggest expanding this attractive mod to include, say the merchants and Guilds.

Hi. I sent you a PM about using the pirate clothes in my mod. Can you please take a look? Thanks.

These pirates are awesome ! I'm very impressed, well done. Except for the Heinrich glitch (as Clashhewhe said) and the hooks are a bit racist - I'm a Redguard but the hook only comes with a white skinned right hand. Could you possibly add a brown-skinned version ? =)

The women are beautiful, especially with HGEC Guts. There is a white square glint from the fancy cutlass and Bosmer faces.

Being less ugly doesn't help much with my urge to kill Malvulis. Hate too much.

Ouch. I'm going to check it. I can't remember if I had any problems with him (he is also my favorite). Anyway, Better Pirates are last in my load order.

Love the pirates - agree that they should look like respectable pirates instead of beggars! Talked with a few of them in Imperial City and then went to Anvil docks to see if we had pirates there
When I tried to talk to the very handsome Heinrich Oaken_Hull I got the "I HAVE NO GREETING" bug that froze my game up. Was I not supposed to talk to him? Anyhow, thought you might like to know. Keep up the good work matey
