Vaernlor Manor has always been my favorite player home in Oblivion but I had no clue this addon existed!!! I love it, having life around the house and some guards to keep my treasure safe is a welcome addition. The fixing of some of the typos and lack of capitalization is something that has bugged me for years and is now finally fixed! Awesome mod. I don't know if you're still on the Nexus mod creator, but thank you!

Awesome mod! Only problem is I also like the Vaernlor Manor Redux and I can't use both at the same time.

    Decisions, decisions.

That's great... except that means that now my companions will have less space to themselves and worst of all, not more beds to sleep since you put domestic staff in them.
I'm looking for more beds, not more people to lodge.

A welcome addition. My biggest gripe about the "mansion" or "estate" mods is the realism - the places are always empty and feel abandoned. I merged your mod with VM and have it as a permanent addition in my mod-heavy lineup. Thank you for your work, and for sharing.

ContagiousCure -- My hat's off to you for adding some 'life' to VM for those who want it.

I think Vaernlor Manor is a wonderful work of art, and jbvw deserves much praise for all the time and effort in creating all the unique meshes.

One thing that's missing, though, is the support for COBL -- since that adds Alchemical ingredient sorting and the ability to make potions -- and this prevents me using this as my home for my mage character.

A teleport spell that takes you directly IN TO the manor would be a nice touch as well.

Any modders willing to make those small changes? I would but don't have the skills.

Love it! The only issue I seem to have is when using my activate inventory spell on some of the npcs will cause the game to crash, I like to change the outfits of npcs. Besides that, greatly improves the Manor.

Love this update and makes it really realistic, glad to know I can run back to the mansion and have some backup. Lol.

@tesoblivionroxxxx, the NPC geting stuck sometimes at the bar door isn't really something caused by this mod, it's just a limitation of the game. There are cases where NPCs get stuck in a similar fashion against obstructions in vanilla Oblivion. She'll eventually get through particularly if you leave the room and come back or like you said, just open the doors for her. The display case not moving is again not an issue of the mod. It's a common occurance when updating a mod you already have in your savegame. You need to wait a minimum of 3 days away from the cell to get the cell to reset or if the cell doesn't reset properly, do a clean save (i.e. remove the mod, save the game, then re-add the mod). It's simply the mod information conflicting with what's in your save file.

Regarding the display case in the large guest room, I took another look at it and I sort of agree it looks a bit awkward, I've released an alt version you can download.

the mod is amazing. i have found 3 problems so far though. the npc in the bar got stuck in the bar door, but i simply opened the door and closed it for her and it was fixed. another is the small display case in the middle of the floor in the large guest room. i felt it was a little out of place. perhaps you could move it next to the desk/table against the wall? most important though, in the master bedroom, the display case next to the bed hasn't moved as the readme said it should, and has now doubled up with the case put there to replace it. i love the idea of the mod, but these things keep sticking out to me and distract from the amazing-ness of the rest of the mod and i hope u can find the time to fix them.
