Minimun a pic or 2 of the armor, since i'm a Assassin Hawk ( Assassin with bow ) and i'm looking for armors like this one gona keep an eye on this addon.
Making a new item is relatively simple; Let's assume you want to make a modified Leather Armor.
Open the CS, load Oblivion.esm and find the leather armor. Right click it and hit Edit (or simply double-click it). Now, all you need to do is give the item a new ID, and when you hit "OK" it will ask you if you want to make a new item. Click "Yes". Make whatever modifications you want, add the item to the game world and your done.
