your mod is actually really bad... when i leave the great chamber the door on the other side is different then the one coming in, there are at least 5 texture glitches the rooms are barely decorated and frankly a huge waste of space, the vaults containers are unrealistic and the huge stone that just floats any where and weighs only 7, i mean cmon shield wiegh more than that but aside from the hate the arcitecture is actually really good and i congratulate you on that but there are too many faults for my liking sorry
I also found that the lighting at the entrance and in the great welkynd chamber is fairly heavy on older machines, so please reduce the number of lights in those areas.
Only the prison is too dark ( for obvious reasons ). The lighting was manily done on purpose.
As far as the lack of items is concerned I agree completely. This is definitely not the final version and I'm working on improvements. I am also utilizing the modder's resources many people have added to this site

I noticed the vault bugs and ill fix them as soon as possible
The push blocks are placed too far from the walls.
This isn't a serious problem, but I decided to point it out so it could be fixed in a future version.
