   Yeah, just type "Killall" and everyone dies. Of course, not the Essential NPCs. But, every random NPC and Guards in the city will die. Except for the ones who are inside a building.
   
   EDIT: Another way is to get Midas Magic Spells of Aurum* and kill everyone with TONS of new different spells.
