I know this comment is old but I'll answer it anyway. Back before Skyrim came out, all the Nexus sites were standalone websites. Meaning Morrowind Nexus was it's own website, Oblivion Nexus, etc. When they all merged into one site the view counter likely reset or the standalone websites didn't even have a view counter (honestly can't remember it's been a while)
I love the house, however, I wish it could be connected with the "Empty houses" mod, so I could empty it and re-furnish it with stuff from Imperial Furnishings Renovated. Any possible way to do that?
Oh, and btw, that is not a weapon rack in the house, it's a rack for holding cloth. Check out the clothing shop in the IC Market if you want. FYI
I love this little cabin in a tree. It is cozy & extremely well arranged. Everything you need is close by & it can be easily cluttered to suit your character's interests. It is cheery & looks well cared for, instead off grubby & grim like the game low end homes. It is good for a starting character & nice enough to keep later. The views from the walkways are spectacular & watching the sun rise & set form the out door table is a pleasure.
At 66 kb it is a cozy must have. Some mods which change the landscape around the tree make it impossible to use it unfortunately, though you could use a Mark & Recall mod to Fast Travel there. I prefer the tree-house. This mod is NOT getting the attention it deserves. You should post some screen shots! You may use mine if you like.
