Hope i found "what's wrong with Gabe's Varla Amulet": it uses vanila textures only, but one of them has only basic arwelkydstone02.dds in vanila'Textures*.bsa, and no any arwelkydstone02.dds_n.dds or arwelkydstone02_g.dds; adding something (i used very simple, plain, small _n and _g textures from some clothing mod) with such names to the same subdirectory (textures\dungeons\ayleidruins\) fixes the problem. Those who had not crashes with varla amulets (like, obviously, the Author -- see screenshots) probably have installed some ayleid texture replacers, which luckily have mentioned _g and _n "layers".
As another poster pointed out years ago, the Varla Stone Amulet, when equipped, causes the game to crash...any insight into why? None of the other amulets cause a problem, so I will still be able to use the rest of them but I would really love to be able to use the Varla Stone Amulet too, so I am hoping that someone can shed some light on why it might be causing a crash.
At any rate, thank you BlackBaron2 for creating such lovely amulets (and so many other wonderful mods; as a Robert's female body user, they are very much appreciated). Even if the amulets didn't conceal the neck seam (which they do), I would still use them, they are so pretty...

Is that possible to make matching earrings or is that too much work (if possible at all)? Would be awesome ...
