Thanks for your reports KillerHell I couldn't solve the clipping issue so I made a new replacer with different mesh. You can find it at http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=40681
Right now I only tested the whole Steel armour and it clips a little on the top.
Also, you should add on descriptions that this glitches with "Shield on Back", if you use that mod, the shield on your back is apparently the same as the old one with another texture.
I'm sorry, at the moment I have no idea how to fix that I'm a bit noob with modding and only can do simple esps and retextures. It uses the vanilla bravil shield mesh, I just made a new texture for it. Does it clip with every armor/clothing or just the more bulky armors like steel etc? Does your character have access to the original bravil shield, if so does that clip the same way as my shield? When I have the time I'll check it out again better in game. It might take a few days though I'm a bit busy with real life. Thanks for your comments

Do you think you can fix that?
I don't use a custom animation, so it clips badly.
