I can see it for sale on the shelf at the shop but instead of looking like armor, it's all purple shapes instead. I purchased it and in the inventory list of items screen it looks correct but once it's actually put on, the equipped body parts become invisible. By the time the suit was worn the only thing you could see of my character was his head.
I'm not the only one with the violet looking equipment. I installed it by OMOD thankfully so it was an easy uninstall. I though perhaps something just flaked out on the install so I reinstalled it, omod, archive invalidated, wrye bash and adjusted load order and still it won't work.
I have Oblivion installed to the default directory so no problems there. I even downloaded it again in case of a corrupt download. The mod just doesn't work.
Fix this mod and I'll give it another chance but for now I can't endorse this. It's broken and needs fixed because the pictures here are outstanding looking and are just what I was hunting for.

I've already tried to put paths into ArchiveInvalidation file but id didn't work "> Mabe I did something wrong? I also tried to load textures in nifoskope (or whatewer it is caled ">). And after loading I can see this shield with textures but it didn't do anything for my shield in the game itself ">

If you have the game installed in a differnt directory.
Creat this area C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data
now place the meshes and textures in that directory above and it should work

But anyways i have a thought, dont laugh, somehow take the face off the skull and add it to platemail helm and then u have bone armor. Write me back about your thoughts. I cant figure out how to change textures so i leave it to u guys.
are you talking about bearclaw helm?
anways i thought about using clavisvile helm to replace it but most helms dont match steel armor maybe the dwemer helm will match the armor.
