A few felt hat's have made their way to the Imperial City, both as Light Armor and Cloth at The Best Defense and Divine Elegance. Now for the treasure hunt part,
There is a note within the Best Defense beside the two hat's on the counter which will start you on your treasure hunt. Spoilers go on the bottom of this readme if your stuck.

Since neither of the resouces are mine, I cannot give permission for their use but according to their pages they are both usable for resource
Refer to them in the link's below.
Although I would not like to see the work I've done myself anywhere else without my permission. Ask if you want it posted elsewhere.

= Issues and Other related matters =

The Hat's may clip with certant Hair styles
The Hat's are also set the the amulet slot ( In otherwords they may not show with certant outfits).
The Hat does not have an inventory Icon.
This might conflict with large overhauls, I'm not sure since I don't use them
Sadly I don't think I could justify a heavy armor version, if there is demand I'll make one.

= Install/Uninstall =

Install: Extract the Archive into a temporary file then move the content's to the Data folder

Uninstall: Delete Bellenia's Feathered cap.esp from your data file.
