To fix the 3x multiplier reverting you need TES4Edit. Open it up and on Master/Plugin Selection right click and select none, then select only SneakMultiplier.esp. Click OK. On the left hand side right click Game Setting, click Add, then click GMST - Game Setting. Leave the FormID as it is (eg. 00000801). Select the new FormID in bold. On the far right hand side right click the empty space next to EDID -Editor ID and select Edit. It will give a warning. Click Yes. Enter fPerkSneakAttackMarksmanMasterMult as the value. Right click the space next to DATA - Value and change the value to 7.000000. Close the program and save the Plugin.
I know I'm a few years late but I had just found the mod and figured out how to fix it on my own. Great mod Pandamatak

I had the same problem ElTikol, After that 0x multiplier problem I just opened TesEdit again and I had 0.000000 value there, so I just changed the first zero to 7 (7.000000) and it worked.

Even more late, no need to exit out of TES4Edit. Just save, then click on another item, and click back to the item you added. Double-click it to edit it, and then change the 0 before the decimal to 7, and resave!
Seriously late to the game. But I found once I hit 100 or above the easiest way to go back to 7x was to change every perk value in Tes4Edit to 7.0000 This indicates to me once it hits or rolls over it starts from a lower skill level, a la a y2k problem.
Also just discovered this mod a few days ago and ran into this reverting issue. Downloaded and installed TES4Edit just like YetiWithFlamethrower wrote but I needed to add the full value of "7.000000". Worked great for me! Thank you all!
hi, i'm using francescos and that one modifies the damage of the sneak rank, does this work with francescos?, because i dont like the values of that one.
Doesn't seem to work at all for me, but my Oblivion installation is about to fall apart anyway. The game continues being how I remember it since launch. A poorly optimized mess with frequent crashes and refusing mods. ->Yeti Doesn't work for me.
The mod was working great up til I reached 100 in sneak. Thankfully, the 15X amplifier for melee attacks works, but my ranged amplifier has reverted back to 3X. I've tried reloading previous saves but that doesn't fix it either. Is these a patch for this that I haven't seen?
Sounds like a great idea except I use a Eyels level uncapper. After my skill exceeds 100 and it will, then I will loose my bonuses? A fix would be excelent. I always hated the idea of the bonuses being so low. Expecialy the bow.
So even after a restart it still only gives you 3x? I am trying this with the same equipment set you mentioned and 100 sneak, but it's letting me get the extra sneak bonus.
I am using 300+ other mods, however, so that might be what is letting me get the extra bonus. Try using the Unofficial Oblivion Patch.

I currently have 125 sneak.. +25 due to black hand robe(+11)+hood(+4) & ring of treachery(+10)..and a permanent +2 from Night Mothers Kiss (for +27 total)
I suspect nGCD of allowing(causing) it to go over 100.
ETA: just unequiped all of the above so my sneak is 100. Still x3 ETA2: and still x3 after loading(and restart) without equipment = at 100
