How To Use:
The Tome is found inside Lostboy Caverns located far east of Bravil (a bit northeast) right below the Aylied ruins of Malada.
The Tome of Knowledge is the mother of all skill learning books, it teachs all you need to know about the 3 major classes.
Master of War, Master of Shadows, and Master of Magicka.
All teach about as much as the Oghma Inifinium, though unlike the Infinium, this book will not dissapear after 1 read.
You can read it as many times as you want and gain as much skill as you desire, or you can show some self control and learn once from each catagory then lock the book away if you want!

Installation:
this installs the same as every other mod, just drop it into your oblivion/Data folder and load up your game.

BUGS:
There are no known bugs are conflicts that I know of, and there shouldnt be since this is a pretty simple mod.

UPDATE:
Fixed a bug that gave 100 speed instead of 10.
This is final so there shouldnt be anymore bugs.
