Maybe you can add a quest or two. Inns are a great place to find some old miner or treasure hunter who tells you about the one treasure he could never find, or something like that.
I guess the name does set that expectation... but perhaps it was simply called that because a retired pirate decided to move up north and open his own tavern... or something.
Okay, the missing sign texture should be fixed now; please let me know if it still doesn't work. Sorry about that, I'm new at uploading mods, so I'm figuring things out one at a time.
