@SMB92 This is a patch for the mod, the mod itself accidentally shares space with the space used by Knights of the Nine, making it fairly difficult to play that DLC. This mod I'm assuming moves the tower in the way of the KoTN building to another location. The SotD mod also rips spaces in some of the hills surrounding some of it's buildings, this fixes that.
Would be nice if you could leave more info on the mod, whether it's for the SI version and whether it covers DLC battlehorn Castle and KotN... Anyways a much needed initiative, thank you for going out of your way for this.

what if I have both SI and KOTN plugins both installed into my game, which esp do I use this one or the SI one?

No, this appears to be a compatibility patch that fixes issues Knights of the Nine DLC has with Servant of the Dawn mod.
The SotD mod also rips spaces in some of the hills surrounding some of it's buildings, this fixes that.
