I cannot get it to work when I start, I have a head, part of the legs & hands, 1 foot. and it's all black, but it still gives me custom auroran animation.
It comes with the race. But if you mean in the game, that is impossible even with console cammands. You'll need to download the creation kit and place it on the player character just like the author did. But to produce the same results as the autor you'll also have to replace the animations.
The Auroran's run animation doesn't seem to "loop" correctly; while running their animation will warp a bit. Could you fix this?
Vanilla animations do work with them though, you can place the vanilla swim & jump animations in the Auroran's folder & they will play properly. Same goes for custom animations.
