rhAngle, rhChisel01 and rhChisel02 all exhibit the "floating paintbrush" bug - you can pick them up to inventory but you can't move them around in the world.
For a start this means I'm taking a copy of all three and renaming them as "Hooks" because I've been looking for a really nice player-positionable hook resource to hang weapons from in my houses!
But for their intended purpose I think they need patching.
Looking at them in Nifskope I see that the node 1 BSXFlags for these three is "2" matching the Anvil, not "3" to match the other clutter like the hammers. Not sure how important this is.
More significantly, several settings in node 3 bhkRigidBody are set as for "static" - again matching the anvil not the hammers.
Comparing the Nifs it looks like:
Layer is OL_STATIC but should be OL_CLUTTER Layer Copy is OL_STATIC but should be OL_CLUTTER Motion System is MO_SYS_FIXED but hould be MO_SYS_BOX Deactivator Type is DEACTIVATOR_NEVER but should be DEACTIVATOR_SPATIAL Solver Deactivation is SOLVER_DEACTIVATION_OFF but should be SOLVER_DEACTIVATION_LOW Quality Type is MO_QUAL_FIXED but should be MO_QUAL_DEBRIS
Don't know if I missed anything but these changes fixed them for me. Hope this helps.
