This simple mod fixes the effects of enchanting with a constant feather effect certain items. Normally, its more productive to enchant with Fortify strength, as it not only improves damage, but provides MORE weight capacity then a feather enchant! This simple mod fixes the effects of enchanting with a constant feather effect certain items. Normally, its more productive to enchant with Fortify strength, as it not only improves damage, but provides MORE weight capacity then a feather enchant! This mod seeks to fix this, and re-balance the enchants for high level player who have already 100 in strength and therefore no longer benefit from Fort. Strength's damage bonus by offering them an enchant that specializes in improving their carrying capacity.
This mod more or less doubles (not exactly) the magnitude of feather as a constant enchantment on apparel for every type of soul gem.
For example, a common soul usually gives a feather effect of 32 point. With this mod, the same soul gem creates a feather effect of 59 pts.
It does not affect spells with Feather as an effect (or at least, it SHOULD not), simply makes feather a viable enchanting option compared to Fortify strength.
