@ Slicer51b I believe that Oblivion Dwemer armor textures are used, so a port to Fallout 3 might not be allowed.
@ MasterProgrammer This mod uses a particular Shivering Isles container extensively, so there would be missing meshes everywhere if you don't have it. I think there might also be a few other Shivering Isles things used. It would probably be sort of destructive to the mod to change it to not need Shivering Isles.
If you like to download mods, I suggest that you buy Shivering Isles, because a high percentage of the available mods require it, and it is a really fun expansion to play on its own. Prices have really dropped, and Shivering Isles is dirt cheap. You could probably buy it for less than $20.00 USD.
