Description
===========
You would think that reading a book in Oblivion or making a potion for 5 minutes would actually take time in game. Well, it doesn't. Strange isn't it? Well, now it does!

Details
=======
In vanilla Oblivion, if you pick up a book and read it, say spending 5 minutes reading it's contents, before resuming walking about, NO TIME will have passed. Standing still makes time pass, yet reading does not. This is alos true with alchemy, spellmaking, bartering etc.
For me, someone who almost always roleplays a character, this was horrible. I could sit my character down and let him read a nice, long book, and I would read it too. I might spend an amount of time reading equal to about 1 hour in the game, and yet when I finish the book time hasn't progressed.
This is because the book screen is a menu, making it function as a pause screen. This obviously stops you from being attacked,(which I have kept, of course) but it also stops time.

This mod changes that.

Now time passes while reading books, making potions, crafting a spell etc. but the world and the people in it are still paused, keeping you safe from harm.
You can also change it so you most other menus take time too. Just activate the "Time Ball" in your inventory.

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files associated with the mod.

Incompatibility
===============
This mod will be compatible with any other mod, apart from those that do the same thing as this. Which as far as I know, don't exist. Hence this mod.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
This isn't a bug, but time will only correct itself when you exit the journal screen(inventory etc.) If people wish me to change this, I shall, but I don't think it's that much of a big deal.
