Modified the Generic quests, so that the OWC ND Race based NPCs have a Rumor topic.
(OWC Players - Home)The Sorter Scipts sorts now the Ingredients by their english names, but requires an OBSE Function to surpress the "Remove Item bla bla" Message.
The House in Cheydinhal & Bruma have signs in front with the price for purchase on it.
Reduced the Health of the ND-Goblin Shamans
The House for sale in Bravil is habitable again
Removed Records which alters only the Text and nothing else(Identical to Master after translation back to english)
Expanded Fort Nikel a little bit.
The Death Squad can be disabled (startquest OWCTodesschwadronAus)
Moved some Unique ND-Bosses to more "far away" Dungeons

Fixed some flying / displaced Statics
Removed the "Self healing Spell" from the Unique Bosses and added instead Healing Potions to them.
Add Raceabilitys to them.
Rebalanced some of their Weapons and Armors.

Revised the Dialog text from the Courtier Serge, so that they hit the meaning of the german "Voice" of him/her ;).
The Swingblades in the Ayleidruins can sometimes be turned off with a switch near of them, if you push the right one ;).
Modified Atatars First Cell a little bit.(Dont fear, i know it is a Questdungeon)
Removed all "Vanilla" Entry's in the Section "Books" - cause the contains only spelling correction for the German version of TES IV.
Reset the Containers for the Dark Brotherhood Quest back to Vanilla, cause the Harvest Container script does not always work properly and may so break the Quest line.
Removed the 3 Serial Killers from the Cells they are placed in, cause many people don't like them.... (Lore breaking)
Set the Stats of the "Legionnaire of Death" to Auto Calc - So its easier for Chars < Lvl 15 to fight against them.
Disabled Freddy Krueger and removed the special Bed from the Cell - The Wawnet Inn. Same reason, as for the Serial Killers => Lore breaking.
Moved the Demon Hunter Vivien from the Beginner Dungeon Fanacasecul to the Crumbling Mine.
Set the Spawn chance of OWCCreatureALLRest100, OWCCreatureGoblinallBOSS100 to: 20%, so that they do not appear as often in the Exteriors as previously.
Change the Spell Setting of OWCSkorpionvergiftung from "Target" to >Touch< and from Lesser Power to Spell.
Removed the special Potions from the Inventory of the Blood cloud and Werewolf's. Add this Special Potion as Death Item, so they cant use them self....
Fixed some flying / displaced Statics
Fixed the broken Script assignment (in the EV from Phinix the script was apparently deleted.) for the Pile of Gold.
Removed the German "String Gamesettings".
Expanded the Interior of Fort Virtue.
Added a switch for the Hidden Wall gate in Rielle.
Fixed the Secret Wall in Kemen02
Altered the Clothing scripts Message to a Sound event.
Set the Attack spell from the Rattlesnakes from Lesser Power to Spell.
Two of the "Vial of Unknown Content" Potions with On Self Effect have now a Healing Effect.
Altered the Scripts for the Exploding Chests and Ayleid containers, cause they explode very often when the PC Luck is low and force so the User to increase Luck....
