Increases fps by reducing mesh quality in various parts of oblivion mainly intended for low-end specs.

As of v007 i have also added bump texture removal which gives a small fps boost throughout the entire game (incl Shivering Isles) and also faster load times.

Meshes reduced for Mods as a optional download.. (Requires original mod files to work and kudos to the authors)
