This is so good. There could be different textures for different districts. This one fits very well in the Elven Gardens. Pity though that the city walls are so fugly!
This is my all time favorite IC retexture. Love how you played with the colors. The end result is good. Even if these textures are not HD and such, the desired effect is still very nice. Thank you for sharing!
@ Skiethrunner: Which are you using, OBMM or Wrye Bash? For OBMM, go Utilities -> Archive invalidation and make sure BSA Redirection is selected. For Wrye Bash, go to the Installers tab and right-click the column headers, make sure BSA Redirection is selected.

to alt3rn1ty: I didnt install QTP3 "Qarl's Texture Pack 3".I installed Oblivion Retexture.and thanks for that normal maps links. also thanks for that bsa thing , need to read now obmm tutorial
